The Presidential Medal

Our Tradition

One of the RNA.s longest-running traditions is the presidential medals series. Each RNA president since 1913 has been honored with a portrait medal. Presidential medals are traditionally struck in bronze, but examples have also been struck in other materials including, but not limited to, gold, silver and lead. One unique pewter version of each medal is usually struck as well.
Special thanks to Carmen "Chip" Scoppa II and John Zabel for donating the images in this collection.
