Meetings

From September through June we meet twice monthly, on the second and fourth Wednesdays, with the exception of possible conflicts with the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, at the Eisenhart Auditorium at the Rochester Museum & Science Center. Generally, a numismatic presentation is given by an RNA member. Occasionally an outside speaker is invited to speak. Meetings are free.

RNA proudly sponsors RJNA

Rochester Junior Numismatic Association

View Flyer

The RJNA encourages young numismatists (coin collectors) to learn more about the exciting world of collecting coins. Coin Collecting is fun, but it also teaches valuable skills in:

  • History (U.S. and world history is reflected in coins)
  • Art (some coins are regarded as beautiful works of art)
  • Investing (understanding how coin values change over time)
  • Attention to detail (details on a coin can make a big difference!)

The RJNA meets monthly, the 4th Wednesday of each month (except June-August) at 7:30 PM in the basement of the Eisenhart Auditorium (across from the Rochester Museum and Science Center. Best of all - it`s FREE! The RNA encourages all kids to learn more about coins!

  • Non-Profit Organization

The Rochester Numismatic Association is a Section 501(c)(3) educational non-profit organization.
